Above all else...

Writers and Musicians often repeat themselves to emphasise a feeling state or an idea in their works. I would like to extend this to a post I have left more than once on my wall. I would like to leave it here for those who are experiencing particular trouble practising it. To ask themselves why is it necessary for them to attempt to feel better by trying to disempower another, to marginalise another, to hurt, to shun, to disrespect, to discriminate, to ridicule...
